play on non-steam servers and it write you: LAN
servers are restricted to local clients (class C) This
is repair:
1.Download Steam on my web.
2.Insert new account.
3. Start STEAM and login.
4. Download COUNTER STRIKE from my web.
5. Update version-download update from my web: cs16patch_full_v19.exe(16MB).
6. Download non-steam patch from my web and instal it.
7. Open the folder where you instal the game and the patch, find STEAMAPPS.CFG
8. Open it and rewrite: SteamAppId=92 #SteamAppVersionId=0 SteamInstallPath="C:/Program
Files/Valve"# [as is clearified later on, this should be your email address:] #SteamAppUser=aalb002@cafe.boomtown.net

9. Go to area,click on attribute Counter Strike 1.6 and behind the way add: -steam
-nomaster -game cstrike -applaunch 92 10.Save all and Launch the game.In 10
seconds the game'll start.Now you can click on find servers,click on any game and
start...you don't know how good feeling it is,when progressbar don't stop in
few seconds and there isn't that stupid mesage:"Lan servers are restricted to
local clients (class C)" :-) If this didn't help, you can
try to find a non-steam server that has got the same second number in IP
like you EXAMPLE: You have got 10.1.1.0 and server
10.1.2.3-you can connect to this server or you have 116.2.56.278 and server
116.160.2.874-you can't connect to this server(it must be hamachi IP).And
if this won't be usefull, you can play on my 100%
function servers(but I haven't got many of them)or you must find unregistred CD-key,buy
the game for money or play with the bots.
